Cool fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to capture all the beautiful fresh cut pear and apple flavours. Bright natural acidity finishes the package nicely. A true expression of Pinot Gris with a bronze sheen to the colour. A simply delicious party fave that will be welcomed any where. Drink early 2 -3 years.
