A rare take on traditional white fortified wine bases utilising Clare Valley Riesling strengthened with pure grape spirit part way through fermentation. Matured in old oak casks for approximately 6 years delivering complex concentrated lemon and lime marmalade flavours but retaining a light palate weight. Delicious served chilled or over shaved ice in summer or try drizzled over ice cream or lemon sorbet for a naughty late night desert.
