Sourced from Roger Clark's Hillrose Vineyard at the back of the southern NSW Hilltops village of Boorowa. Cool climate Shiraz is often mid weight with layered compote red fruits such as cherries and cranberries, with spice. The slower ripening also develops finer silky tannin. This wine is amazingly easy drinking now but will reward 4 - 5 years cellaring developing more complexity over time.
