Sourced from a single block of a 1981 planting (back in the disco days Traminer was the go too vino) our version of this Alsace classic is aromatic with must stick aromas followed by elegant lychee and tropical fruit flavours. Its technically totally dry but has some fruit sweetness. The perfect match with spicy Asian dishes especially Thai styles. Drink young and fresh or keep a few bottles to watch it develop into a more textured, complex wine with 2 -3 years age.
